![]() I've been contacted by an interested party, but he wants to be certain that it's a "Real Marlin" and not a Remington or Remlin built rifle. I was hoping to join a CAS group out here but it didn't work out, so I'm trying to sell it so I can get something else more practical. I have a Marlin Model 1895 in 45-70 that was bought a while back. ![]() I'm sure the answer is right in front of me, but I can't figure out all the answers. I can't believe how stupid I feel asking this question. I'm not having any luck getting an answer over on the Marlin forum. I hope somebody here can help me with some info on a Marlin rifle.
